Job summary

Recruit Inc is seeking a CNC Machinist - Trainee Service Technician to join the NSW team. The role involves installation, servicing and maintenance of CNC machinery, fault finding and customer support, with travel across NSW and strong training opportunities within a world-renowned CNC tool company.

Ideal candidates have trade or engineering qualifications, CNC experience, and excellent problem-solving, with a focus on autonomous field service and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Trade or engineering qualifications required.
• CNC machining and/or CNC service experience preferred.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills essential.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge desirable.
• Good communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel throughout NSW.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain CNC machinery.
• Fault finding and repairs; preventative maintenance and calibration.
• Provide operator support and machine training to customers.
• Travel primarily within NSW with coordination with Service Manager and team.
