Recruit Inc is seeking a CNC Machinist - Trainee Service Technician to join the NSW team. The role involves installation, servicing and maintenance of CNC machinery, fault finding and customer support, with travel across NSW and strong training opportunities within a world-renowned CNC tool company.

Ideal candidates have trade or engineering qualifications, CNC experience, and excellent problem-solving, with a focus on autonomous field service and customer service excellence.

CNC MACHINIST - TRAINEE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Excellent opportunity to join a world-renowned CNC machine tool manufacturer supplying advanced manufacturing companies throughout Australia and internationally.

This successful and well-established business specialises in high-end CNC machining centres, CNC lathes and advanced manufacturing technology. They are considered one of the leaders within the CNC and automation industry.

They now require an additional CNC Service Technician to join their NSW team.

This role would suit either an experienced CNC Service Technician or a CNC Machinist looking to move off the tools and into a field service and technical support role with strong training and long-term career opportunities.

Your role will involve installation, servicing and maintenance of CNC machinery, fault finding and repairs, preventative maintenance, machine calibration and customer technical support.

You will also assist customers with operator support and machine training while working closely with the Service Manager and technical support team.

Travel will mainly be throughout the NSW region.

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Trade or engineering qualifications
• CNC machining and/or CNC service experience
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge ideal
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Current driver's licence
• Ability to travel throughout NSW

This is a permanent full-time position offering an excellent salary package including base salary, super, bonuses and car allowance.
