Job summary

Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Operator with turret punch and brake press experience to join a dynamic workshop. You will set up and run CNC machines, modify programs, and read technical drawings while maintaining high precision and quality.

Responsibilities include inspections, material loading, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to quality systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC Operator with turret punch and brake press.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform operations according to specifications.
• Modify programs as required and perform tool changes.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Perform sample inspections and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Load materials and make machine adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool inspection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
• Follow Quality Management System processes and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Assist with other workshop duties as required.
