Job summary

John Hart Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time CNC Machine Tool Service Engineer to join our Victorian team. The role focuses on in-field installation, service and repair of Mazak CNC machine tools across metropolitan Melbourne and regional centers, with base at Clayton head office.

You will be part of a skilled team delivering high levels of technical support, training, and customer service while working on leading edge equipment in customer factories.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical / electro-mechanical diagnostic and service knowledge of CNC machine tools, including electronics and PLC.
• Over three years of highly relevant employment experience.
• Only those with demonstrated experience servicing or repairing CNC machine tools need apply.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, maintenance, and servicing of CNC Machine Tools.
• Installation of new CNC Machine tools and relocation/reinstallation of existing tools.
• Advising and assisting fellow team members as required.
• Provide high level customer support in line with company policy.

The Role:

We are now looking for a full-time CNC Machine Tool Service Engineer to join our Victorian Team.

This full-time position offers you the opportunity to be part of a highly experienced and skilled team of professionals installing and servicing world leading Mazak CNC machine tools.

The work is predominantly in-field service being conducted at our customers' factories in both metropolitan Melbourne & Victorian regional centers and is based at our Head Office in Clayton.

To become part of this successful team you will need to be confident in your abilities, get a buzz out of working on leading edge equipment and be open to a challenge.

You will need experience in servicing CNC machine tools, with experience in Mazak a distinct advantage, and believe that you have what it takes to be a respected member of the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high levels of technical support to our customers including installation, service, and repair of CNC Machine tools.

The main duties of the role include:

• Repairs, maintenance, and servicing of CNC Machine Tools
• Installation of new CNC Machine tools and relocation / reinstallation of existing CNC Machine Tools
• Advising and assisting fellow Team Members as required
• Provide a high level of Customer Support in line with Company policy and objectives
