Aston Advantage is seeking an experienced CNC lathe programmer/operator to sit in a high-precision production environment in Sydney. You will read drawings, program Doosan/Fanuc lathes, set up tooling and run multiple machines to meet tight tolerances.

Opportunities for career progression towards Leading Hand or Production Manager roles are available within a family-owned, stable culture.
