John Hart Pty Ltd, a leading Australian supplier of CNC machine tools and robot systems, is seeking a full-time CNC Machine Tool Service Engineer to join our New South Wales team. The role focuses on in-field installation, service and repair at customer sites in Newcastle, Sydney and NSW regional centers, with base at Cameron Park head office.

You will bring strong electrical/electro-mechanical diagnostics and Mazak CNC experience, with 3+ years in servicing CNC machine tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of highly relevant experience.
• Experience servicing or repairing CNC machine tools.
• Mazak experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, service and repair of CNC machine tools.
• In-field service at customers' factories in Newcastle, Sydney & NSW regional centers; based at Cameron Park Head Office.
• Assist fellow team members and provide high level customer support.

The Role:

We are now looking for a full-time CNC Machine Tool Service Engineer to join our New South Wales Team.

This full-time position offers you the opportunity to be part of a highly experienced and skilled team of professionals installing and servicing world leading Mazak CNC machine tools.

The work is predominantly in-field service being conducted at our customers' factories in both Newcastle, Sydney & NSW regional centers and is based at our Head Office in Cameron Park.

To become part of this successful team you will need to be confident in your abilities, get a buzz out of working on leading edge equipment and be open to a challenge.

You will need experience in servicing CNC machine tools, with experience in Mazak a distinct advantage, and believe that you have what it takes to be a respected member of the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high levels of technical support to our customers including installation, service, and repair of CNC Machine tools.

The main duties of the role include:

• Repairs, maintenance, and servicing of CNC Machine Tools
• Installation of new CNC Machine tools and relocation / reinstallation of existing CNC Machine Tools
• Advising and assisting fellow Team Members as required
• Provide a high level of Customer Support in line with Company policy and objectives

Skills and experience:

Strong electrical / electro-mechanical diagnostic and service knowledge of Mazak CNC machine tools, including electronics and PLC.

Applicants will need to have over three years of highly relevant employment experience.
