Qualifications

• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, or 3+ years facilities management.
• Detail-oriented, comfortable walking large facilities, precise with data entry.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain site asset data through Hexagon EAM.
• Work within data centers to ensure asset details match digital records.
• Align and schedule maintenance within the CMMS application.
• Plan and conduct training/workshops for large audiences.
