Job summary

Northern Health is seeking a dedicated SMS – Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Credentialing Officer to join the Northern Doctors Workforce. This fixed term full-time maternity leave cover role focuses on coordinating CME claims for Senior Medical Staff and managing credentialing and scope of clinical practice with timely, compliant administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in streamlining, improving and developing efficient work processes.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to understand credentialing, scope of practice and CME processing.
• Ability to liaise with medical staff in a calm, clear manner and respond to enquiries.
• Highly organised and flexible with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate review and processing of Continuing Medical Education claims for Senior Medical Staff.
• Support accurate, timely and compliant administration of CME entitlements.
• Coordinate credentialing and scope of clinical practice processes for Senior Medical Staff.
