Job summary

Brighton le Sands RSL Club in NSW Bayside is seeking a dedicated Bar Supervisor to lead floor, bar and gaming staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth service.

You will oversee training, rostering, and opening/closing procedures, monitor patron behavior, and handle guest queries with calm, professional handling. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a busy bar, pub or club.
• Strong leadership with a hands-on attitude.
• RSA, RCG & ARCG certification is compulsory.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends & public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor, bar and gaming staff.
• Support staff training, shift rostering, and opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor patron behavior and handle guest queries or issues calmly.
• Assist with stock control, cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
