Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking an Operations Associate to gain hands-on experience across hospitality, fitness, facility operations, and member services. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced role that supports daily Club operations while delivering outstanding service to members and guests.

You will rotate through departments, assist with check-ins, tours, class bookings, housekeeping, events, and maintenance support, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in hospitality, health club operations, or related fields.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards throughout assigned Club areas, including fitness spaces, locker rooms, lobby, reception desks, pool areas, restrooms, and common areas.
• Greet members and guests, check them in, and assist with program bookings and services.
• Operate POS systems, process payments, and handle member account charges.
• Support Club events, programs, and cross-department coverage as needed.
• Assist with tours, membership sales, and daily operational tasks.
