Job summary
Springwood Sports Club in Springwood, NSW is seeking a Club Supervisor to lead daily operations and coach teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be the go-to person for problem solving, rostering, cash handling and compliance with RSA/RCG/ARCG and safe food handling, driving a positive service culture across opening hours.

Qualifications
- At least 12 months experience in leading and managing diverse teams in hospitality.
- Ability to think on your feet to resolve issues and make decisions autonomously.
- Strong verbal and written communication with staff and customers.
- Proficient with Office and industry software used for operations.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of Club Operations, including opening and closing and cash handling.
- Ensure legislative compliance and handle grievances as required.
- Monitor service levels and assist where needed to maintain quality.
- Coordinate training, onboarding, and coaching of new starters.
- Educate customers about events, offerings and membership rewards.
