Crunch Fitness NSW is seeking a Club Manager to lead a team across multiple Sydney locations. You will drive membership growth, manage a team of up to 15 staff, and uphold our No Judgments philosophy while delivering an exceptional member journey.

You will coach staff, ensure adherence to procedures, and collaborate with local partners to boost gym visits and memberships. This full-time role offers on-site work at various NSW clubs and career progression within Crunch.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team of 8–15 staff, with rostering and performance oversight.
• Proven ability to drive sales targets and customer service excellence.
• Ability to coach and mentor team while enforcing club procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall club performance including member acquisition and retention.
• Roster and manage up to 15 casual/part-time or full-time staff weekly.
• Lead by example to ensure service standards and operating procedures are followed.
• Drive local marketing partnerships to attract new guests and memberships.
