Because when a club is led with energy, purpose and belief in its people, it becomes more than a gym - it becomes a place where lives change. **Key responsibilities:** * Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement* Meet your own sales target to contribute to the club's overall monthly and annual targets* Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns* Recruitment, training and retention of staff members* Performance appraisals* Weekly meetings engaging with department leaders **To be successful in this role you will need:** * Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast paced environment.
