Job summary

Fitness First Australia is seeking a proactive Member Support Consultant (MSC) to drive membership growth during pre-sales and beyond. You will engage with the community, present the club, offer tours, and create exceptional member experiences as a brand ambassador at our Bourke Street Club in Melbourne.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, strong communication, and a commitment to helping people start and sustain their fitness journey within a high-energy team environment.

They’re the first people our members meet, the ones who spark motivation, build confidence and help people take the first step toward becoming stronger, healthier versions of themselves. As an MSC at our brand-new Bourke Street Club (opening late 2026), you will play a key role in building a thriving new fitness community during the exciting pre-sales period (and beyond), acting as a brand ambassador for Fitness First's latest premium fitness facility in Melbourne, featuring state-of-the‑art strength, cardio & performance zones, Fitness First’s most comprehensive Revive Recovery offering – featuring a 25m swimming pool, cold plunge, magnesium plunge, traditional and infra‑red saunas, steam rooms, red light pods, massage chairs and Normatec compression boots, and extensive group fitness facilities – including Ceremony. Every day brings new conversations, new goals and new opportunities to make an impact. In this role, you’ll drive membership growth through proactive outreach, connecting with people in the community, and inspiring them to start their fitness journey. You’ll turn interest into action — introducing people to the club, helping them discover what they’re capable of and showing them how Fitness First can support their goals. At the same time, you’ll build strong relationships with existing members, delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences that keep them motivated and engaged. Responsibilities:

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns

Requirements:

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Proven sales capability
