Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a busy MSC team, drive membership growth, and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will own the full member journey, ensuring quick responses and high service standards at the front desk, while coaching the team to achieve targets.

You will apply strong sales acumen, retain members, and develop initiatives with regional leadership to grow the club’s membership base and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with KPI targets.
• Understanding of the selling cycle, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Experience managing the customer journey to achieve retention goals.
• Experience mentoring a team and driving performance.
• Ability to set and motivate others toward goals.
• Experience using business computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow of the MSC team to meet monthly sales targets.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets and contribute to club success.
• Create structure to ensure MSC team meets daily performance criteria.
• Deliver sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Achieve monthly member retention and growth budgets.
• Respond to enquiries within 24 hours via phone, email, or in person.
• Support Club and Regional Manager with growth initiatives.
• Assist Club Manager with MSC rostering on a fortnights cycle.
