You will drive membership growth, retention and revenue, build a high-performing team, and ensure best-in-class service and operating standards across the club.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, private clubs or similar.
• Strong P&L and commercial capability.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Exceptional service standards and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own overall club performance, P&L and strategic direction.
• Drive membership growth, retention and ancillary revenue.
• Deliver outstanding member experience and service standards.
• Lead and develop the club management team.

About the Role

As Club General Manager, you own the club.

You’ll lead the people, performance and commercial success of the venue — driving membership, retention, revenue and an exceptional member experience while building a high-performing team and culture.

• A proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Exceptional service standards and attention to detail
• Confidence driving revenue, membership and retention
• A warm, polished and highly engaging leadership style
