Job summary

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee daily club operations and drive member satisfaction. You will lead teams across reception, F&B, maintenance, gym, and pool, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.

The role requires strong organisational skills, a passion for fitness, and experience in hospitality/food & beverage. Flexible hours and team-oriented culture are highlighted in the ad.

Qualifications

• Natural leadership and highly organised qualities.
• Strong interest and passion for the health & fitness industry.
• Adequate financial skills.
• Previous experience in food and beverage would be an advantage.
• Operational experience.
• Current qualifications in First Aid and Resuscitation, RSA, Pool Lifeguard.

Responsibilities

• Ability to take pool chemical tests and monitor auto chemical controllers.
• Ensuring efficient operations across the Club.
• Managing the opening and closing of the Club.
• Providing leadership, motivation and innovation to teams.
• Delivering operational support to all departments including Reception, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Crèche, Gym, Pool and Sales.
• Guaranteeing the overall cleanliness and exceptional presentation of the building.
