Job summary

Mindsprint Pty Limited in New South Wales seeks a Cloud Solution Architect to design, modernise and deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. You’ll work with customers, sales teams and global delivery units to shape architectures that drive agility, automation, security and performance.

You’ll lead workshops, translate business requirements into scalable cloud architectures, design landing zones, and mentor engineers.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years in IT with 5+ years as a cloud architect.
• Hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP core services.
• Deep knowledge of networking, security, IAM, encryption, and zero trust.
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), serverless, API gateways.
• Strong DevOps background: Terraform, Bicep, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Ansible.
• Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, caching, CDN, and performance tuning.
• Database experience: SQL, NoSQL, streaming (Kafka/Pub/Sub/EventBridge).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions and architecture reviews.

• Architect modern applications using microservices, containers, serverless and event driven patterns.

• Work closely with the hyperscalers to drive innovation and thought leadership.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to reusable IP and best practices.

We’re expanding our cloud consulting capability across ANZ and seeking an experienced Multi Cloud Solution Architect to design, modernise and deliver enterprise grade cloud solutions across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. You’ll work directly with customers, sales teams and global delivery units to shape architectures that drive agility, automation, security and performance. What You’ll Do

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

• AWS SA Professional, Azure Architect Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect.
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD), Terraform Associate, TOGAF.
• Experience with FinOps, SRE, observability and platform engineering.
