Job summary

Melbourne-based M&T Resources is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead end-to-end enterprise solutions across the Microsoft technology stack. The role partners with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available cloud and hybrid solutions, with a focus on governance and architectural excellence.

You'll design across Azure and Microsoft 365, produce architectural designs, run workshops with senior stakeholders, and mentor delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT solution design and architecture experience.
• Experience with cloud-native and hybrid architectures, Azure Landing Zones, IAM, networking, security, and DR.
• Knowledge of .NET/C#, REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, API Management, SQL Server, and Azure data services.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, Defender, Purview, governance and compliance.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
• Dynamics 365 experience is desirable.

Key Skills & Experience

• 8+ years’ experience in IT solution design and architecture, ideally within a consultancy environment and/or with experience delivering solutions for government departments.
• Experience with cloud-native and hybrid architectures, Azure Landing Zones, IAM, networking, security, and disaster recovery.
• Strong knowledge of .NET/C#, REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, API Management, SQL Server, and Azure data services.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, security, governance, and compliance.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
Dynamics 365 experience is desirable.
