Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking a Security Consultant within our Cloud Security & Solutions practice in Brisbane. You will deliver cloud security services aligned with CyberCX standards, industry frameworks, and client needs, autonomously or with a team.

Day-to-day you'll lead engagements, manage governance and delivery, prepare findings and recommendations, and help build capabilities while fostering strong client relationships across CyberCX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in cybersecurity, forensics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing diverse information/cybersecurity projects.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and a basic understanding of cloud security principles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with an agile approach.
• Working towards or holding major security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO LA/LI).
• Cloud security certifications (or cloud vendor certifications) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to deliver cloud security services in line with project scope and standards.
• Lead standard client engagements or support more complex engagements, managing planning, governance, risk, and delivery requirements.
• Prepare and present high-quality deliverables, including findings and recommendations reports tailored to customer requirements.
• Support internal innovation, capability building, and process improvements.
• Build and foster strong customer relationships, contributing to sales support and marketing initiatives.
• Actively collaborate across CyberCX to drive value and improve overall customer experiences.

Position Overview CyberCX is seeking a Security Consultant within our Cloud Security & Solutions practice. Reporting to the Director of Cloud Security & Solutions, you will deliver high-quality outcomes and exceed customer expectations, either autonomously or with team support.
