Talenza are partnering with a leading technology consultancy to deliver large-scale cloud and platform transformation projects across Australia. We are seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer with strong Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise to join a high-performing engineering team.

This role suits someone who enjoys building and supporting modern cloud platforms, automating infrastructure, and driving enterprise-scale improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Azure and GCP environments proven experience.
• Infrastructure deployment and support for enterprise-scale clouds.

We're seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer with strong Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise to join a high-performing engineering team. The Role

Cloud Platform Engineer (Azure & GCP)

Sydney | Hybrid | 6-12 Month Contract

• Design, deploy and support cloud infrastructure across Azure and GCP
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
• Drive automation across cloud platform operations and deployments
• Support platform reliability, availability and performance
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and project teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions
• Contribute to cloud transformation and platform modernisation initiatives

About You

• Proven hands-on experience with Azure and GCP environments
• Strong cloud infrastructure deployment and support experience
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep or similar
• Strong automation and platform engineering capability
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
