MEGT (Australia) Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and maintain secure Azure and Microsoft 365 services, balancing project work with day-to-day operations. You will manage networking, identity, access, and on‑prem infrastructure while optimising cloud performance and costs.

You will use PowerShell for automation and collaborate with IT, business teams and vendors to deliver practical solutions and secure, reliable infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering within a medium or large organisation.
• Strong hands-on skills across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Sound knowledge of Windows Server, enterprise networking and identity management.
• Practical PowerShell skills and experience supporting secure, reliable infrastructure.
• Ability to deliver technical projects from planning through to completion.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, vulnerability management, risk assessment and security best practices, including ISO 27001 and Right Fit For Risk (RFFR) compliance requirements.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with varied stakeholders.

The Opportunity

Join MEGT’s IT Operations team and help deliver the technology behind our growing organisation. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you’ll design, implement and maintain secure, reliable solutions across Azure and Microsoft 365. You’ll balance technical projects, including integrating newly acquired businesses, with keeping our day‑to‑day services running smoothly.
