Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking experienced consultants to help customers migrate, design, and operate Amazon Connect within their AWS environments. The role involves leading on-site engagements, shaping call center modernization, and delivering proof-of-concept projects and reusable artifacts.

You will work with enterprise clients to plan and implement best practices across people, processes and technology, travel to client sites as needed, and mentor partner teams to achieve

Qualifikationen

• Experience implementing AWS services in enterprise call center environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on design, development and deployment of contact center solutions at scale.
• Familiarity with AWS Connect and cloud deployment patterns.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with field sales, pre-sales, training and support teams to enable production-grade AWS environments that support Amazon Connect.
• Define and deliver on-site Professional Services engagements with customers and partners.
• Lead on-site projects, assess requirements, propose offerings, and deliver custom solutions focused on call center operations.
• Share insights with product teams and contribute to best-practice whitepapers and playbooks.
• Partner with new vendors to evolve MSPs and uplift partner capabilities.
