Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Delivery Consultant to help enterprise customers understand, plan and implement Amazon Connect within their AWS cloud environments. You will lead on-site engagements, define packaged offerings and deliver custom solutions focused on call center organization, processes, tooling and integration.

Travel to client locations is expected as part of engagements; you will work closely with sales, pre-sales, training and support teams to deliver production-ready AWS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field.
• Experience as a contact center technology architect or senior developer with leading platforms (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Verint, NICE, Salesforce, etc.).
• Hands-on design, development and deployment of contact center solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

• Expertise - Collaborate with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training and support teams to help partners and customers learn how to build and move to production grade AWS environments that support Amazon Connect.
• Solutions - Define and deliver on-site Professional Services engagements with partners and customers, including pre-sales visits, gathering requirements, proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements focused on call center organization, processes, tooling and integration.
• Delivery - Engage in short on-site projects proving the use of AWS services to support new distributed computing solutions spanning private and public cloud services, including integration of existing enterprise call centers into Amazon Connect.
• Insights - Work with product, engineering and support teams to convey partner and customer needs to technology roadmaps and share implementation challenges.
• Partnering - Work with new vendors to help them become MSPs and upskill existing partners.
