John Monash Science School in Melbourne is seeking an ICT Systems Administrator to maintain secure, reliable ICT services with a focus on cloud and SaaS environments, scripting, automation and system integration.

You will work with the ICT Manager, staff and external providers to deliver responsive technical support, implement approved technologies and contribute to school ICT initiatives. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Workspace and Windows Server is preferred.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience administering, maintaining and troubleshooting ICT infrastructure and cloud-based services.
• Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining and troubleshooting scripts and automating processes using technologies such as Python or PowerShell.
• Demonstrated capacity to investigate and resolve complex technical issues across ICT systems.
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, documentation and professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot and improve scripts, automated workflows and system integrations.
• Administer and support Google Workspace, Azure and Microsoft Entra ID services.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ICT systems including Canvas LMS and Compass.
• Maintain ICT infrastructure including Windows Server and Hyper-V environments.
• Support device management and deployment, including endpoint management with Intune.
• Investigate and resolve complex ICT issues affecting staff and students.
• Provide technical support for Department of Education ICT systems and initiatives.
• Contribute to ICT projects, documentation and continuous improvement.
