Job summary

Linical-3 is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee assigned studies, coordinate start-up activities, manage budgets, and lead CRAs. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain TMF quality, and communicate with clients and study teams to deliver on timelines.

The role requires strong project management, GCP/ICH knowledge, and leadership skills to drive performance across sites and vendors in a fast-paced environment in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Three years of clinical trial management experience.
• Life science background preferred or relevant training.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develops the Site Activation Plan and start-up documents.
• Oversees regulatory submissions and TMF management.
• Manages CRA performance and staffing assignments.
• Coordinates site identification, selection and recruitment.
• Supports PM with monthly project reviews and client teleconferences.
• Monitors project milestones and ensures timelines are met.
