Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions seeks a Clinical Technology Manager to lead the integration of our clinical and technology layers across 15+ clinic sites in NSW and Tasmania. You will ensure the right tools are embedded, evaluate new systems, and drive AI integration in clinical practice.

You’ll also build training programs that empower staff at all levels to use the technology confidently. This is a change leadership role, not IT support, with success measured by improved clinician workflows and

Qualifications

Experience with clinical technology systems in health settings.
Ability to lead AI tool evaluation and integration into clinical workflows.
Experience designing and delivering technology training to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and integrate the technology layer across Optimum's clinical operations (NSW & TAS).
Lead evaluation and implementation of AI tools across clinical and operational workflows.
Develop governance frameworks for safe/ethical use of AI in clinical settings.
Design and deliver technology training for staff across all sites.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and fix them through better use of technology.
Act as primary internal contact for technology vendors and external IT partners.
