Job summary

New Home Care, based in Eastwood, Sydney, is seeking an agile AI Engineer / Software Integrator to accelerate our automation journey in aged care. You will map our software landscape and design AI tools that sit atop existing systems.

You will implement real-world AI capabilities, including Claude MCP, and build secure, scalable interfaces between models and local data. This role offers autonomy and a direct impact on care delivery.

Qualifications

• Fast-Learner who can quickly master unfamiliar software environments without extensive hand-holding.
• Hands-on AI/ML development experience with deployed applications.

Responsibilities

• Rapid system onboarding: learn, reverse-engineer, and document current workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks in care workflows (documentation, scheduling, compliance) and build AI tools to solve them.
• Design and implement production-ready AI tools using Claude MCP and connect LLMs to local data sources.
• Create automated pipelines that integrate with existing software without disrupting daily care operations.
