Qualifications

• Holds a degree in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience practicing as a Speech Pathologist.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Experience in community-based and/or disability settings; NDIS experience advantageous.
• Committed to mentoring, coaching and developing others.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and champions inclusive practices.
• Has a solutions-focused mindset with a passion for participant outcomes.
