Qualifications

• Requires degree in Speech Pathology and SPA membership.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist.
• Experience in community-based or disability settings; NDIS experience advantageous.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
• Collaborative and inclusive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring and guidance to therapists, including early-career clinicians.
• Drive adoption of evidence-based practices and new initiatives from leadership.
• Facilitate learning and development activities to upskill the team.
• Collaborate to meet clinical targets and improve participant outcomes.
