Job summary

Everyday Independence in Launceston is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor-Speech Pathologist to lead clinical practice and mentor a team of therapists. The role focuses on mentoring, evidence-based care, and developing others within a supportive, values-driven culture.

You’ll guide early-career clinicians, champion best practices, and help achieve participant outcomes while enjoying opportunities for flexible work arrangements and a strong operational backing.

Qualifications

• Holds a degree in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Has a minimum of 3 years' experience practicing as a Speech Pathologist.
• Experience in community-based and/or disability settings; NDIS experience is highly advantageous.
• Mentoring, coaching, and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring and guidance to colleagues, including those completing their EFS program and early-career therapists.
• Champion evidence-based practices and new initiatives developed by the leadership team.
• Facilitate learning and development activities that upskill the team.
• Collaborate with the team to meet clinical targets and implement solutions for participant and team success.
• Promote Everyday Independence’s values and Clinical Model to inspire colleagues.
