Job summary

AlayaCare is seeking a Professional Services Consultant (Clinical) to lead post-sale implementation of our software for clients in residential aged care. You will collaborate with clinical teams to configure workflows, deliver training, and ensure solutions meet care requirements.

You will mentor less senior staff, contribute to best practices, and progress toward independent management of complex projects while maintaining about 65% billable utilization. Hybrid work arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential aged care implementation or strong clinical systems implementation consulting.
• Ability to build trusted relationships through complex implementation processes.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with customers to elicit, document, understand and analyse their business processes and requirements.
• Configure the AlayaCare application to support clinical workflows and end-to-end residential care processes.
• Provide training to customers, typically through a train-the-trainer model.
• Mentor Professional Services Associates and help build their skills and experience.
• Aim to independently manage implementations with ~65% billable utilization.
