Job summary

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation united by a mission to bring new medicines and treatments to patients faster. The Clinical Site Associate in Sydney will support site management activities and help ensure trials are conducted efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work with CRAs and project teams, coordinate site visits, track essential documents, manage communications, and support site payment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Experience in clinical research or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with MS Office and electronic systems.
• Ability to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Support site activation activities and tracking of essential documents.
• Maintain site information in clinical trial management systems and trackers.
• Assist CRAs and project teams with site communications and queries.
• Coordinate logistics for site visits and meetings.
• Ensure filing and maintenance of essential documents for inspections.
• Support timely site payment processing and issue resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements for site support efficiency.
