Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate or diploma qualification in healthcare, community services or aged care.
• Experience supporting safety, quality and continuous improvement in healthcare or aged care.
• Strong written communication and ability to develop clear documentation and guidance.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and subject matter experts in quality improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple governance and improvement projects to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead development, review and implementation of policies, procedures, guidelines, pathways and tools for services.
• Facilitate workshops with clinicians to develop practical documentation.
• Coordinate documentation approval, implementation and ongoing review.
• Support clinical governance across services, embedding safety and risk considerations.
• Review incidents for quality and escalation in collaboration with teams and partner hospitals.
• Contribute to incident investigations, audits and risk assessments and monitor actions.
• Support accreditation readiness and corrective actions across healthcare and related standards.
• Prepare reports and committee papers to support governance oversight.
• Build staff capability with education and practical guidance to promote a safe culture.
