Job summary

GenesisCare Campbelltown in Sydney is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator for a part-time role (3 days per week). Based at the Campbelltown clinic, you will support the delivery of oncology trials, coordinate daily trial activities, and ensure regulatory documentation is complete and inspection-ready.

You will work collaboratively with investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary teams, maintaining study momentum and contributing across the trial lifecycle while upholding GCP standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator in oncology or clinical trials.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements and trial processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of oncology clinical trials and coordinate daily trial operations.
• Maintain study momentum and ensure accurate, inspection-ready regulatory documentation.
• Perform clinical procedures and patient interactions as trained (vitals, venepuncture etc.).
• Assist with site monitoring visits, audits, and training compliance.
