Job summary

GenesisCare is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator based in St Leonards, Sydney, to join a collaborative oncology research team. You will support the delivery of oncology trials, coordinate trial activities with investigators, and help drive study momentum throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a science/clinical qualification and at least 12 months' hands-on trial coordination experience, with a focus on quality, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
• Strong understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements
• Experience in oncology clinical trials or hospital/healthcare settings

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of oncology clinical trials in line with protocols, GCP and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate daily trial operations with investigators to maintain study momentum
• Contribute across startup, recruitment, patient visits, monitoring and close-out of trials
• Ensure study documentation and regulatory records are inspection-ready
• Perform clinical procedures such as vitals, ECGs, venepuncture and sample handling when trained
• Provide a positive, professional patient experience and act as a key contact
• Collaborate with internal teams, external providers and sponsors to keep studies running smoothly
• Assist with site monitoring visits, audits and compliance activities
• Maintain training compliance and support a culture of quality and continuous improvement
