Job summary

Respect is seeking a senior Registered Nurse to join the Killean Residential Aged Care team in Inverell, NSW. The role focuses on clinical governance, quality and compliance to drive safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

You will oversee resident outcomes, audit processes, documentation standards and staff development, reporting to the GM and Care Manager within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing
• Current AHPRA registration
• Residential aged care experience
• Advanced clinical knowledge and assessment skills
• Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Experience in clinical governance, audits and quality improvement
• High-level documentation and clinical review skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal capability
• Confidence using Microsoft applications and clinical software systems
• Experience in accreditation or audit processes, clinical education or mentoring, incident investigation and risk management will be highly regarded

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in clinical governance, quality and compliance?

Respect is seeking a Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join the team at Killean Residential Aged Care in Inverell, New South Wales.

This is a senior Registered Nurse position focused on supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred care through strong clinical governance, continuous improvement and compliance practices. The role works under the direction of the General Manager and Care Manager and collaborates closely with the broader clinical team.

You will have the opportunity to maintain a strong clinical focus while supporting resident outcomes through clinical oversight, quality and risk management, staff capability and ensuring care systems and documentation meet the required standards.

About The Role:
