Job summary

St Vincent's Public Hospital Sydney seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for a permanent, full-time role in the Pharmacy department. Rotational exposure across specialties with a focus on safe and effective medication use and patient counselling.

Shift details: Monday to Friday role with weekend and on-call rosters

Salary: $87,083.43 to $128,898.29 + Super + Salary packaging

About the role

About you
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist with unrestricted scope of practice.
  • Strong clinical drug knowledge and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to participate in weekend and on-call rosters as required.
  • Understanding of formulary management principles and practical application of formulary decisions in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with patients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and within a team, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
