You’ll serve as the senior clinical leader across our retail network, driving governance, quality and best practice to ensure consistent, high-quality customer care.
From capability development and onboarding to audit outcomes and clinical performance, your work will influence both customer outcomes and business performance across the network.
Partner with ANZ leaders and global retail functions to ensure clinical standards, learning pathways and best-practice approaches remain aligned across the business.
You’ll lead the Clinical Skills Framework, support the Retail Academy and help develop the next generation of hearing care professionals.

Reporting to the Head of Retail Operations ANZ, you’ll provide strategic leadership and governance for clinical performance across our ANZ retail network.
Working closely with Clinical Supervisors, Clinical Specialists, Retail Leadership and Global Retail Functions, you’ll ensure clinical standards, capability frameworks and governance processes support both exceptional customer outcomes and sustainable business growth.
