Supported by an experienced Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Educator, Clinical Nurse Specialists and a dedicated Stomal Therapy Clinical Nurse Consultant, the team works together to deliver exceptional care every day.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be a valued member of the Acacia (Surgical A Ward) leadership team, working in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Educator and fellow senior nurses to drive clinical excellence, patient-centred care and staff development.
As demand for surgical services continues to grow across Sydney's North West, this is an exciting opportunity to further develop your clinical leadership skills and influence the patient journey within a dynamic and innovative surgical environment.
Working alongside highly regarded surgeons, Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) and multidisciplinary teams, you will help drive best-practice care, support staff development and contribute to service excellence.
