Mater Private Hospital Mackay is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse/Midwife to join the Womens Unit on a permanent part-time basis. You will deliver advanced clinical care, lead within a specialised team, and contribute to high-quality nursing standards in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Australian Health Regulation Agency as a Division 1 Registered Nurse.
• 3–5 years' full-time equivalent clinical experience in the area of specialty.
• Postgraduate qualifications relevant to the healthcare team (desirable).
• Advanced clinical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning and coordination abilities within a clinical team.
• Familiarity with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.

About you

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse who possesses:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Regulation Agency as a Division 1 Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of three-five years full time equivalent clinical experience in area of specialty.
• Postgraduate tertiary qualifications applicable to healthcare team speciality (desired)
• Advanced clinical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning and coordination abilities in clinical patient care management.
• Ability to work effectively within a collegiate healthcare team structure.
• Familiarity with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
