Mutitjulu Australian Regional and Remote Community Services seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead the clinical team at Nganampa Ngura Mutitjulu-nya Flexible Aged Care Facility in Mutitjulu (Uluru), Northern Territory. The role is FIFO, permanent, full-time, with an hourly rate of $55.11–$55.37 gross, dependent on experience.

The incumbent will mentor staff, oversee care plans and medication management, and provide RN shift support to ensure high-quality resident care in a remote community

Qualifications

• Qualified Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) with remote/community experience.
• Experience leading a clinical team in aged care settings.
• Willingness to work FIFO, permanent full-time.
