Silver Chain Group is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the Community Hospital In the Home Service at the Peel Delivery Centre. This permanent full-time role offers a 9 day fortnight option and a pathway to drive high-quality home-based care.

You will lead, supervise and educate a multidisciplinary team, provide clinical guidance, and ensure adherence to the scope of nursing practice with a focus on positive client outcomes.

Job description

Due to growth within the service, we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis, 9 day per fortnight may be considered for this role. For this role you will be a collaborative and supportive leader providing direction and best care framework clinical practice and standards within the Community Hospital In the Home Service, for our Peel Service Delivery Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Senior Registered Nurse with proven leadership and management experience and a strong commitment to ensuring positive outcomes for Silverchain clients in their home. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, supervising, supporting and providing education within your team, be the point of escalation for clinical concerns and provide clinical support for continued provision of quality care.

What we’re looking for

You will be an experienced, multi-skilled Nurse Leader along with: -

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• 5+ years' experience in a clinical leadership role.
• Current WA Working with Children's Check.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, manage and support an interdisciplinary team.
• An understanding of the Scope of Nursing Practice decision making to provide effective clinical advice and supervision.
• A flexible approach together with decision making, negotiation, influencing and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of Aged, Community and Health care.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic and flexible approach.
• Current Australian drivers' licence.
