Queensland Health in Brisbane is seeking a part-time Clinical Nurse Facilitator to provide clinical leadership, guidance, and operational support for safe, patient-centred care. The role focuses on rostering, staffing, workforce development and clinical education to strengthen staff capability across the Princess Alexandra Hospital.

You will lead evidence-based practice, coordinate mandatory competencies, and contribute to quality improvement while fostering collaboration and professional growth

The staffing mix is composed of AIN's, Graduate EN's, EN's, Graduate RN's and RN's with varying levels of experience and speciality knowledge (beginning practitioner to expert).PNP & CNP staff work across all areas of the hospital, and across Metro South Health as required.
