Queensland Health's Caboolture Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant in the Specialist Outpatients Department to provide advanced clinical expertise, support access management for specialist clinics, and mentor the nursing and allied health teams.

You will work across adult and paediatric care, drive service improvements, partner with multidisciplinary teams, and lead innovations that promote safe, patient-centred care and equitable access.

Working collaboratively with nursing, medical, allied health and administration teams, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient and patient-centred care for adult and paediatric consumers accessing outpatient services.You will act as a clinical resource, mentor and advisor, contributing specialist knowledge to service delivery, quality improvement initiatives and healthcare planning.
