Job summary

Epworth HealthCare in Richmond is seeking a dedicated educator to facilitate workplace learning through clinical teaching, supervision, assessment and staff support across Graduate, Postgraduate, Introductory and Specialty programs.

Based in Richmond, you will report to the Epworth Richmond Education Manager, engage multi-modal education methods, supervise nurses in professional development and serve as a role model with a strong clinical presence.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• A minimum of four years of perioperative scrub-scout nursing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work strongly with dynamic and diverse teams.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Highly developed communication & interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities
