Job summary

Marden Harden region clinics are seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to lead clinical education and professional development for the nursing team. The role focuses on delivering engaging, evidence-based programs that enhance clinical knowledge and patient care.

Work is based in Harden, NSW, with support for learning and quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will mentor staff, contribute to policy development, and promote a positive learning culture across the district.

Qualifications

• Experience as a nurse educator in hospital settings.
• Proven ability to deliver evidence-based clinical education programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate clinical education and professional development
• Orient, supervise and mentor staff, students and TPP participants
• Promote clinical leadership, best practice and a positive learning culture
• Contribute to district-wide education, training and policy development
• Provide unit-based and individual education and skill support
• Delegate and support Nurses and others within scope of practice
• Maintain contemporary practice and meet CNE/CME Framework requirements
• Participate in audits, quality activities and care delivery aligned with safety standards
