Job summary

Bendigo Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator – Graduate Program Coordinator to coordinate its RN and EN graduate programs and lead education planning, delivery and evaluation toward successful transition to practice.

The role provides educational, professional and clinical support to graduates, coordinating orientation, study days and learning activities while partnering with educators, managers and education providers to enhance workforce capability and patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate nurse education experience preferred.
• Experience in transition-to-practice initiatives and graduate support.
• Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate education programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse graduate programs.
• Lead planning, delivery, evaluation and improvement of graduate education.
• Coordinate graduate orientation, study days and learning activities.
• Develop educational resources and support processes for graduates.
• Collaborate with educators, managers and education providers.
