Are you a passionate Registered Nurse with a commitment to education and clinical excellence? We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our dynamic Hawkesbury Emergency Department team. The Clinical Nurse Educator supports the development of our nursing workforce and promote best practice in emergency care.
As the Clinical Nurse Educator, you will work collaboratively with the Nursing Unit Manager, senior nursing staff and multidisciplinary team to identify, develop, implement and evaluate educational programs that enhance clinical practice within the Emergency Department. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care in a fast-paced and evolving clinical environment.
The successful applicant will bring extensive emergency/critical care nursing experience, strong clinical expertise and a genuine passion for teaching and developing others. You will be an effective communicator with the ability to engage, inspire and support staff at all stages of their career while championing best practice, quality improvement and positive patient outcomes.
