Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 1 year post-registration experience.
• Experience in aged care, community or hospital settings.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in the community.
• Drivers Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home clinical assessments
